Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us within 3 days from the order date through:

  • Our pages on Facebook and Instagram
  • Sending an email to: hello@roomz-eg.com

If the order is canceled after 3 days, a deduction may be made from the deposit paid in advance to compensate for any damages incurred due to the initiation of product manufacturing.

Notes:

  • The type and appearance of some products may differ from the images on the website according to their availability in the Egyptian market, but this does not affect their quality.
  • Some products, such as carpets, may appear slightly different from the displayed image due to lighting conditions during photography.

Can I refuse to accept the product?

Yes, we always encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to accept it in case of any visible damage or discrepancies. Reasons for refusal include:

  • Incorrect colors
  • Incorrect sizes
  • Incorrect materials
  • Incorrect dimensions
  • Defective product
  • Packaging issues

In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us via our social media platforms or email within 24 hours of delivery, providing at least 3 photos or one video showing the damage to issue a return request for your product. (Terms and conditions apply).

If any part is missing or there is visible damage, it should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, specifying the nature of the damage/error/shortage with 3 photos or one video via social media platforms or email. (Terms and conditions apply).

All products are eligible for return only if a manufacturing defect is identified or appears within the first 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via our social media platforms or email with at least 3 photos or one video showing the manufacturing defect to issue a return request for your product. (Terms and conditions apply).

If the customer changes their mind about the product, made-to-order products are not eligible for return. For ready-made products, they can be returned within 14 days of receipt only if all accessories are complete, securely packaged, and the product is in its original condition.

All return requests are validated by our specialized team to confirm eligibility. Here are some examples of products that are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order products if the customer changes their mind.
  • Ready-made products without original packaging or not in their original condition.
  • Products exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products deemed for personal use such as mattresses and pillows, etc.
  • Products identified as having defects due to misuse.
  • Products not assembled by the Roomz team.

Roomz provides assembly and installation services for all products except the following self-installation products:

  • TV unit shelves
  • Bathroom storage
  • Wall art
  • Wall clocks
  • Shelves

When will my payment be refunded?

The refund process begins once the product has been confirmed as returned to our facility. The refund process takes between 5 to 14 business days (subject to change based on the card issuer's policy).

Contract:

When purchasing products worth 20,000 EGP or more, you are required to pay 20% of the total amount as a down payment.

Do we accept exchange requests?

No, we do not accept exchange requests for products unless there is a clear defect in the received product.
